The location of the Innere Enge allows you to reach the large Bremgarten forest within a very short time. There you will find routes up to 17.3km long!

The central location is also a wonderful starting point for cycling tours to the Seeland or the Bernese Alps!

When it opened in 2023, the Neufeld indoor swimming complex, one of the most modern swimming facilities in Switzerland, will be just a stone’s throw away from our hotel.

Want to enjoy the peace and quiet despite being located close to the city? Enjoy relaxing walks in the forest within a few minutes’ walk from the hotel entrance or discover nearby natural oases. Not in the mood for a hike? No problem, just sit down in our Parc Café and enjoy the view over Bern and the Bernese Alps with a delicious aperitif!

In just 5 minutes you can be in the city centre from the innere Enge! Get to know the beautiful 12^thcentury urban gem without equal, today a UNESCO World Heritage, on a walk through the city, enjoy a refreshing swim in the chilly Aare in the summer or head out into the city’s vivid nightlife.
For guests who like to explore, there are also so-called Foxtrails in Bern, which guide you through the city with the help of riddles and take you to beautiful places. One thing is for sure: you will never get bored in Bern!
